so lately I have been learning a huge amount about how to paint. I have been painting amusement ride signs at work for the past month or so, and have been learning a lot of techniques that are very similar if not identical to painting cars.
I hope to paint my first car soon, which will just be another addition to the portfolio that I am making. I have already painted 2 test panels that have Flake in them. One blue, with blue flake, and one red, with red flake. when a sunny days comes out (which here in Oregon rarely happens it seems) I'll get some good pictures for my DA.
On top of learning how to paint (signs, cars etc) I am also starting to gather some techniques in air brushing. I have yet to try using an air brush, but my co-worker is always giving me things to think about before I go and do them, So I know what to look for and what to expect. I will be investing in a air brush fairly soon and will put some pics of my work up as soon as they are made.
If you live in the Portland, metro area and would be willing to let me paint your car (price: cost of martial and maybe a small amount of money for time) I would love to do so.
wish me luck!

I just starting writing and never thought that anyone would like it.
